Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig Sept. 21, 1983) is a famous American actor. Most notably, she appeared as Shannon Rutherford from ABC's Lost TV series and Kim Mills for the Taken Trilogy. Born in Worthington Ohio she left high school to move to Los Angeles with her mother after her parents divorce. Though she struggled financially, her 2001 debut was in the role of Rachel's Room's primary character. The television film Murder in Greenwich where she portrayed 15-year-old Martha Moxley earned her the nomination for the Young Artist Award. Grace Rutherford, the character in Lost between 2004 and 2005, was nominated for an Screen Actors Guild Award. Grace left the television series in 2005 to focus on a more significant role in film, appearing opposite Tom Welling as Kim Mills in Taken. She starred in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club in 2007 and Taken (2008) opposite Liam Neeson. Taken 2 (2012), Taken 3 2014 and Taken 4 (2014) Replays of these characters. Grace returned to Shannon's character in Lost for two more episodes. This included the series final. Grace appeared on Californication's 6th season, which aired from 2013 until 2014. She is part of Gyllenhaal's family and is the elder cousin of Jake Gyllenhaal. Her acting career started as a young teenager with small parts in a few films directed from her father.
